Recessionista shopping tips

I have finally switched out my winter clothes for my summer only to realize all the the holes that I have in my wardrobe.  While winter clothes last from year to year, summer clothes have a much shorter life span.  The fabrics are lighter so they don't wear as well.  Also, we sweat more in the summer so the items need to be washed more often.  

My budget for new summer clothes is limited, but I still need a few new dresses, tops, sandals, and capris to get me through the summer.  What I am doing this year is searching the sale & clearance racks.  Spring sales have begun & with the current retail environment it is a buyers market!  

Take the time to search the plus size clearance sections.  Check out the plus size tops, dresses, tunics, and shoes.  You will be surprised to see what amazing plus size summer clothes there are to be found at great prices.

Finding a perfect gift with limited budget would really mean a long day of walking inside and out of each boutique you’ll find in the mall. Always watch out for the boutiques that are on sale of their items to save up some money.
